Use this page to request deletion of personal information or Meta platform data that CALIQ may process through its services or integrations.

To request deletion of personal information associated with CALIQ, email info@cal-iq.tech with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
Please include your name, organization, contact email, the service or integration involved (for example: WhatsApp integration, CALIQ dashboard account), and enough detail for us to locate the relevant data. Do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive identifiers in the request email.
This page also serves as the Meta-required data deletion instructions page for CALIQ's WhatsApp Business Platform integration. If your deletion request relates to WhatsApp message data, contact records, delivery statuses, WhatsApp Business Account identifiers, or any other Meta platform data processed by CALIQ, include that context in your email.
Specifically state: your WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID) if known, the phone number or numbers involved, the email address used with CALIQ, and whether you are the business operator or an end-user contact.
After verification, we will delete or de-identify the applicable WhatsApp and Meta-related data unless we are required to retain certain records for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or contractual reasons.
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity, authority, or relationship to the organization that controls the data.
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. If a request is complex or requires coordination with a customer administrator or third-party provider, we may need additional time and will communicate the status where appropriate.
Deletion may include removing account records, support communications, workflow records, integration data, or personal information from active systems where technically and legally possible.
Some information may remain in backups, logs, audit records, or security records for a limited period before being deleted according to retention schedules.
