These terms describe the rules for using CALIQ websites, products, services, demos, and integrations.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of CALIQ websites, products, services, demos, and integrations. By using CALIQ, you agree to these terms.

If you use CALIQ on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Use of the service

You may use CALIQ only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable documentation, agreements, and usage limits.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions of data, prompts, instructions, workflows, and system connections you provide to CALIQ.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use CALIQ to violate laws, infringe rights, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or process data without proper rights and permissions.

You may not use CALIQ outputs as the sole basis for decisions that legally or similarly significantly affect individuals unless appropriate human review and safeguards are in place.

4. Customer data and integrations

Customers retain ownership of their data. CALIQ processes customer data to provide and improve the service, support users, maintain security, and fulfill contractual obligations.

If you connect third-party services, including Meta-related integrations, you authorize CALIQ to access and process the information needed to perform the requested workflow.

5. WhatsApp Business Platform integrations

If you connect a WhatsApp Business Account to CALIQ, you represent that you have the right and authority to do so, that you will comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and all applicable laws, and that you have obtained valid opt-in consent from all contacts you message through CALIQ.

CALIQ is not responsible for Meta's approval, rejection, pause, restriction, or suspension of WhatsApp message templates, phone numbers, WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABAs), or business accounts. Template approval decisions are made solely by Meta.

WhatsApp Business Platform message fees are charged separately by Meta and are not included in CALIQ subscription or service fees unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement. You are responsible for understanding and paying any applicable Meta message fees.

CALIQ may suspend or terminate access to WhatsApp integration features if your use violates WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy, Meta's usage policies, or these terms.

6. Intellectual property

CALIQ and its licensors retain all rights in the CALIQ platform, software, branding, design, documentation, and underlying technology.

You may provide feedback or suggestions. We may use that feedback without restriction or obligation, unless separately agreed in writing.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

CALIQ is provided on an as-is and as-available basis unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CALIQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the latest date.

We may suspend or terminate access if use of CALIQ violates these terms, creates security risk, or may harm CALIQ, customers, users, or third parties.
